I ordered this Mirenlife 8 Triangle Cavity Silicone Portion Pan to make a low carb dish containing egg, veggies and meat but never got around to it. When Christmas came around I thought it would be nice to have Cheesecake! I don't normally eat it though because I'm diabetic. So I got the idea to make Cheesecake but without the crust and with Monk Fruit instead of sugar! I mixed up the ingredients and poured them in the pan and baked them. They came out almost perfect in color and texture. They don't stick to the pan at all. We set a plate on top and turned the pan upside down to release the cheesecake pieces and refrigerate. The Cheesecake tasted awesome and low carb! NOTE: Do not spray the pan with Pam or any other oil as it could make it sticky. We put this in the dishwasher and it came clean with no problem.

No stick. Looks like a scone from a bakery.Easy to use. Easy to clean. Only negative is the pan stains. Great value for the money.

Silicone is a god send. It bake scones evenly and then they come out so easy. So uniform, not like when trying to do them by hand, cutting sticky dough, separating for baking etc. Clean up is simple and saves time. Would highly recommend.

I bought this for my wife and I to bake scones, and it worked, but some adjustments were necessary. First, the silicone is VERY thin, so you will need to place the mold on a baking sheet while baking. Second, even though it is silicone, you will need to use some vegetable or baking spray, or your baked items will stick. Third, even though it is silicone, you may need to adjust your baking time and/or the amount of batter put into each section. We tried using about 1/3 to 1/2 full, and these came out okay, but a bit light. More than 1/2 full and we needed to add about 20 minutes of additional baking time. Bottom line: these silicone pans work, but you will need to make adjustments to get your desired result.
