Painted a ceiling dark for a large TV. These look really good. Because of varying depths of the recessed light fixtures I did have to cut five out of six of the spring loaded fasteners to make them work but no big deal.I took off one star for various nitpicky issues such as if you scratch them you get a white scratch and I wouldn't consider these top of the line with what they cost. Next time I'd probably just buy a good white set and paint them myself.

Color accurate as the picture , installation is very simple , the space in our ceiling was deep enough to fit it but the base of the can light can be see when the lights are off ( check the picture) ..

We had a contractor redo our bathroom but I forgot to buy these cover for him to put in. I was actually able to do it myself and listen, I’m not handy at all. I’m good at the ol mail and hammer, anything besides that is over my head. They look great in our bathroom!

replacement for my outdoor coastal Porch. I only wish they would come up with a baffle that will not rust. I spray these with a matt finish clear coat and get a few more years out of them.

This product comes with two outer rings, one white one black. The inner portion is a matte black color. The inner portion is good quality and looks great. The outer rings are flimsy and cheap quality. They are also scratched from rubbing against each other in the packaging. I have 10 foot ceilings and its hard to tell when looking directly at them especially with the light, but if my ceilings were any lower I'd probably return these for fear that it would be visible.

I was able to use all six of these to replace old and yellowed trim/baffles. Simply a great way to bring then newness back to can lighting that is close to 30 years old...No issues with damage as others reported.
