I make a lot of skewers as appetizers so I got these so I didn’t have to soak the bamboo skewers every time. I thought these were the answer. They are a good size and easy to use but the food spins and falls off when trying to cook with them. Then you have to collect them for washing. So this is what I learned, take the time and soak the bamboo skewers!

I like the fact that they’re reusable, but since they are quite small it makes it easy to lose them or fall through the grill or in the sync when washing them.But, on the plus side they are easy to use when eating, making it a bit more comfortable and also to store.
