Those the slide feature of these kabobs would be more useful but it's a little difficult. Food gets stuck and then it's hard to slide off.

These are dishwasher safe. The sharp points easily skewer food - I've done kabobs and even chicken wings. The slip off pinch at the top is really helpful. I kept the rubber safety tips to put back after they are cleaned to protect from accidental pokes - the tips are sharp! I purchased a total of 4 kabobs racks. Each one has 3 prongs. They are not super weighty. But I think they will last for a time. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. These skewers work great. 👍 Quick and easy to flip over and the square shape of each skewer keeps the food from turning on its own The food slides off easily. These are so much easier than trying to use standard skewers.
