We were so excited to use these, but the meet would fall off from the pressed kebab and in the end we used our hands to form kebabs.

We have tried numerous kabob makers and this turned out to be the easiest one to use. It’s great quality and easy to clean. The meat does not stick to the outside and it’s worth every penny. It’s easy to store and perfect length for Persian kabobs.

The kebab press works like a charm with a little bit of practice.The only cons are the price and the fact that it makes huge kebabs as a good amount of mince meat is needed to press the kebab in shape.So maybe a smaller size would have been better.Overall I can highly recommend the product

This is useful for a beginner like me whose skill of putting ground meat on the metal stick is not well developed. For me, it's faster and relatively effortless. For a skilled person who can do it by his hands quickly and swiftly, I don't see any advantage to this device. It still requires a bit of practice and a few tips to consider. A plastic sheet is certainly needed to make sure the meat does not stick to the device and will be lifted with your metal stick ( a bag of them is included with the device). After pressing the meat, you need to slowly and carefully lift the metal stick out of the device or the meat will fall off. The plastic must come out with the meat and stick and only removed later. Detaching the plastic sheet also requires a slow and careful move. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide whether work on your skills and improve them or, buy this device. Just keep in mind, it doesn't work like a miracle all by itself. As of me, I think I am going to keep it.

Look how much we made. I love this thing we always do lamb kabob and just made for thanksgiving . It makes it easy for me work on it faster . I sent the first one I bought to my dad to my country. The down side of it is it comes with a bag to mold it . When u ran out of it idk how to make more. The bag keeps the meat from sticking to the molder

I bought this kebab maker for my wife. She asked me to get one, she likes making kebabs using new recipes. She said it was easy to use, felt sturdy, the size is just right, the kebab thickness was even, and liked the colors (the yellow one and the “dotted” colored base). The only thing she wish better was the handle, if it could be longer to give more leverage when squeezing the meat so that she didn’t have to put a lot forces. I showed her that all she has to do was leaning her body toward the kebab maker instead of trying to push with only her arm, but well … it didn’t work as I expected since you have to be tall enough relative to the height of the kitchen table 😬
