For me this isn’t a tool I need everyday but I tried for hours to take a lawn mower tire off and gave up and ordered these,so glad I did. It really pays to have the right tools it took only seconds to remove the snap ring. There too quality and should last a long time plus there four of them

This plier set will not be your most used tool (unless you work in assembly and use circlips every day), but it's great to have in your tool box. I recently replaced a fuel pressure regulator on an old Mercedes and removing the clip worked like a charm. You have two straight and two 90 degree angled pliers that either spread or compress the clips, that should do the job for most applications. If you need to work more specific type of clips or larger clip sizes where you need to apply a lot of force (for instance wheel bearing clips) you might wanna look into a more elaborate set. The pin size of these is just the right size for most smaller to medium applications.
