A very nice fit, so it is closer to accurate response on tapping, which can be an issue with some that have a looser fit. I like that because I would rather focus on guitar and vocals rather than having to adjust foot timing if the percussive items are loose.These are also slightly smaller, a little more discreet, love that it is not too abrasive in sound and a gentle tambourine note, but enough to be heard!Also, the sewn on elastic bands do tend to come apart over use and amazingly.. this company has thought ahead! Included are adjustable replacement straps with velcro. So if the fit is not right as is, or of the straps fall apart.. voila! Replacement adjustable included!!!!BEST OF ALL! With their just right sizing... IT FITS INSIDE MY ACCESSORIES COMPARTMENT IN MY HARD GUITAR CASE! They are that perfectly sized! Yay!
