It moves a decent amount of air and installation was pretty easy. The only issue was that the fan stopped responding to power intermittently. I pulled the motor apart and found one of the brushes was stuck. A little bit of work and it went back together fine and seems to work good now. I’m gonna put it through an endurance test and make sure the problem is fixed.

Easy installation. Everything works as it should.Basic installation instructions, you are better off to chack a YouTube video.Negatives: the inside flange was not deep enough for a motorhome, had to add a flange to cover the gap.Wish the would follow the motorhome standards - white negative and black positive.This unit is black negative and red positive.

It was easy enough to install. It's very quiet and the inside trim piece didnt need to be cut depth wise although I did have to drill a notch in it for the wires. but it looks and works great.

I needed a new unit and so I shopped around a lot before I came across this unit. It has great features, was priced well below other units that do the same thing and after installing it, man! was I glad I had bought it! It installed easily and looked great....but I could not believe how quiet this thing is for the volume of air it moves!! It is well constructed and is easy to operate. Definitely recommend this unit!!

This would've been an easy install on a normal RV trailer, but mine is a mini travel trailer so it had to be modified slightly otherwise it would've been super easy. It's quiet and brings in lots of light. Easy to use.

Bonjour, avant l'installation vérifiez la mise en marche avec une source de batterie 12 volts. C'est important aussi d'avoir la bonne dimension pour l'ouverture et la profondeur pour la finition de l'intérieur. Se pose par l'extérieur sur le toit. Avant de tout enlever soyez assuré d'avoir le bon produit en main. Soyez assuré aussi d'avoir le bon fils pour la connexion. C'est 12 volts pas 110 volts. Très silencieux et efficace.

I was really excited to get this product installed on my custom camper build. It fit perfectly into the 14x14" slot that I built in the roof. However, the first problem I noticed was that the lid was missing one of the two lifting arms, so manually opening the lid using the circular hand crank was impossible without having someone on the roof assisting the singular one-side arm trying to do the job all on its own.The biggest problem I had was when I finally got the fan hooked up to power. My 12V system was designed by my friend (who is a veteran when it comes to electrical hookups). We flipped the switch to the "on" position and all of the sudden there was a horrible loud noise with minimal movement of the fan blades. This went on for about 10 seconds before the fan motor started to smoke and the fan speed continued to slow. We immediately unhooked the power source and grabbed the fire extinguisher in anticipation of flames. Thankfully we turned off the power in time to avoid my entire camper going up in flames.Very disappointed in the quality of this product and wish I could get my money back to put towards a product that handles the power source it says it should, while also functioning the way it is advertised to function.

Great fit love it. The one negative is the hinge setup. The hinge covers the mounting flange and had three holes drilled through to allow mounting to the roof so it’s not easy to seal over top the entire flange. Had to cut a piece of waterproofing tape to go around it and then try to seal the top of screws

Good quality, and works great! The vent comes with the fan/vent and the trim bezel that goes inside the RV. When the vent is closed, it seals nice and securely, and has survived through several rain storms without leaking. Installation was straightforward, and just had to wire the fan to a nearby light for 12V DC source. YouTube has many channels offering detailed Installation instructions. This product DOES NOT come with the screws. You must buy new or re-use the old screws.I'm not a trained technician. If I can do this, so can you!
