I installed these to help my wife navigate our stairs. Came quickly and easy to install. Actually looks pretty good.only improvement would be pan head screws for a better finish.

I needed this for additional balance in a stairwell (I recently had a stroke and am not steady on my feet, especially going up and down stairs right now). I only needed something solid, safe and secure to hang on to while I traveled the steps since it wasn't like I was going to be hanging off of this like a child doing gymnastics from it.It was easy to install. Lightweight. The wood is smooth and easy to grip. And a good price point for what I needed it for. Happy with purchase.

I got this to provide another hand rail on the other side of my stairs. After my stroke I still have a little bit of mobility issues and I figure it would be best to get another rail added to the stairs in my apartment. Since my landlord was not doing anything I figured I would use my vine account to get one and this was the longest they offered. As such it falls short of going the entire staircase by about 1-2 feet. Still my use it for the top portion of the stairs because if I tumble near the bottom I have less distance to go and better chance of avoiding injury. Construction of the rail looks decent, just need to line it up to a few wall studs and bolt it in.I recommend the rail, but recommend that you measure before hand so it does not fall to short of the full length of the stairs.

I was a surprised at how light this was when I received it. However, the wood handrail and the hardware seemed sturdy enough so I installed it. It would be nice if the metal caps were made of thicker steel but they are sufficient for my needs. I used Tapcon screws for installation into the bricks instead of the hardware provided. Installation was easy. I have the 4’ version and that is definitely the maximum length I would recommend with no additional supports. Looking at the listing it seems that anything over 4’ has a center support. That should make it much sturdier. The handrail looks nice and I feel confident when using it. However, I think for the price it should come with sturdier end caps.

J'aime bien le résultat. Dans mon escalier en deux sections, j'ai posé facilement une 4 pieds et une 3 pieds. C'est juste assez délicat et solide comme apparence.
