Oem product. Only thing to note is you have to be kinda careful of the spring on the filter. It can come off easily. Make sure it’s secure before you put the cover on after a filter change. The spring holds the filter against the seal in the housing.

Beware rubber o-ring is to large of diameter. Had to reuse the original o-ring on my X540 JD. Filter itself structurally look the same as the OEM.

If you have 2 wheels and 2 hydraulic drive motors, you need 2 filters. Buy the 2 pack and save a dollar. I consulted my manual for my mower to get the fluid specs, and it said qty 1 filter, and without thinking I ordered one. As soon as I was ready to change the hydro oil, I got all my stuff together, jacked everything up, set all my jack stands, got all my tools out, and crawled under the mower and saw both of the filter caps, one on each pump. So, make sure you get the 2 pack and save yourself a couple days of waiting on another filter to show up.

Filter end is actually crooked! As in the filter media is cut off at an angle and the end cap glued on so of course it is angled as well. Completely unusable.
