My old rebuild kit lasted 6 years. Truth be told it is probably still good. Turns our I also needed a new water management module. Installed that and it is running like new.

What a great value. OEM assembly, super easy to install when you watch the youtube video. I replaced my hose two years ago, and the swivles a month ago, but still, unit would not climb the walls, kept turning to the right, tangling up the hose....while a new 3900 is $849, I purchased the rebuild assembly and in less than 30 minutes after receiving, it was in the water running perfectly. Now after ten days of use, I have not had a single kink or tangled up hose! Hint...spend $15 on three new rubber tire inserts to make sure all the traction from all the wheels is equal and efficient.

This was everything i could hope for. Our polaris was not runnning correctly, wheels jammed. I looked here to see if replacemeent parts were available thinking i probably needed new gears on the drive wheel. Found this part. It replaces 80% of the interior workings including all gears and drive chains. Think it took 15 minutes and one screw driver to remove about 9 screws in 3 steps to completely rebuild my cleaner!
