May only mistake was waiting too long to call back and get some actual help from them. Now its been too long I dont have the option.But phone was not Unlocked so Im unable to do anything with it. The Factory Reset does not work. It will not let me doit. The handset that came with it is not the right one. This one slips off place. I was gonna buy a handset, but the fact that I cant even factory reset will make me buy an entire phone.I will never buy from them again.

We got 7 Yealink phones and 2 of these would not work or connect despite all recommended troubleshooting. We called Yealink on 2 separate occasions but they were not able to help. We also had IT work on these but no use. It is difficult to reach the seller since we decided to troubleshoot on our own and 30 days passed by the time we finished setting up our new office.Amazon is very bad in terms of allowing buyers to contact sellers after 30 days. Shame on you Amazon you pride yourself on good customer service but the facts prove otherwise. Also as a small business owner, it is almost impossible to reach a person to talk to at Amazon. Also, be careful when buying refurbished or severely discounted, now I know why.Yealink support sucks. There are no guides or product documentation included. The phones were refurbished and were aesthetically ok but like I said 2 did not work.Based on this I'm hoping the seller will reply and rectify this situation and we can update this review. Otherwise, you are throwing your money down the drain, especially for expensive phones like these. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this whole experience and will probably work this out with my credit card company to get my money back for these 2 defective phones.Be very careful when buying from this seller. Make sure to contact them before 30 days or you're stuck.

Verizon OneTalk uses the same hardware but they use a custom firmware or something and we weren't able to get this phone to work on their system.
