I originally bought this phone for my home PBX. Setup and provisioning with 3CX was super easy. The phone works well and has no cosmetic damage even though it was previously used. Overall I recommend this phone if you have a small business as it’s cost effective for most businesses.

Our phones are getting old and this has been keeping us alive until we can afford to get all new phones. The phones come looking great. Feels solid and the most important. They work. Setup is same as a new one. Hopefully they'll last us until our next refresh!

Works well. Initially had a duplicate IP issue. It cleared up. Clear voice easy setup (Ring Central).

I ordered 6 phones for my businesses, and when I went to set them up, 2 of them said they were already connected to someone else's phone lines.Polycom was no help and neither was Amazon.Those 2 phones are completely useless now, that's over 200$ down the drain !!! So disappointed.I needed to buy more for my company but now I will never buy from these guys again...

Item was perfect, worked as new and had little to no cosmetic defects. You only need to provision for your network. I would buy again.

Ordered 2 phones for my office and neither of them powered on. Was sent 2 replacement phones and had the same problem. If this item requires an ac adapter then the description needs to be updated to not say POE. Will be returning because I need POE devices.

I placed my item only not to have all of the needed items to operate my phone, it was missing the adapter for electricity in order to work. Will update once the issue has been resolved.
