The five units I bought arrived without the MAC address stickers affixed to the units, which I thought was a deal-breaker in order to connect them to our existing on-premise Mitel phone system.Turns out, that after talking with our telephony vendor, we could make them work.All units appear to functioning just fine.Would buy from this seller again.Hope this helps anyone else!
