The phone is great, the shipper not so--shipped the wrong version, Verizon compatible, 3 times. Can't use it on our system.

Mine had VERIZON logo all over phone, not Yealink. Returned.

Great phone - just strange why the power cord is not included. Make sure you buy one when getting this phone.

Good clean sound and easy to install - We use FREEPBX and I will change out all of out Polycom phone since they are now made in China and not Thailand

After almost losing a customer because we couldn't talk on the phone, I decided to upgrade to this SIP phone. This thing is great! Call quality is excellent, with a ton of codecs to choose from, including Opus. Latency is low.Setup was easy... I plugged it into my PoE switch. It turned on and immediately picked up an IP from DHCP. I just logged into its web interface from there and put in my credentials. You can control most everything from the web interface, or you can make a config file to push. All of the web interface options actually tell you what behind-the-scenes setting you're changing in the config, if you hover over the help bubble.I also appreciate the diagnostics you can have on the screen. If you want to verify what codecs are in use, what the jitter is or packets lots, you can enable this in the settings.I've used the Bluetooth adapter it has too... no issues. It pairs immediately to my set of headphones.

My Hosted VOIP provider is familiar with the T4x range of Yealink's & had a guide to set up the primary features in just a few minutes.Even without the guide the Configuration portal is straightforward, & I easily found extras that may help in the future after initial setup.Audio quality is excellent & no complaints from microphone clarity.Authentication isn't a headache, and as long as I've got PoE it's easy to get the phone setup in under 2 minutes, (I also purchased an 8 port PoE switch for my home office, and picked this one )10/10
