Received this phone power supply today sealed in the plastic bag as shown in the photo.As you can clearly see, this unit is very dirty and to make matters worse DOES NOT WORK!1 star for getting it here.Now going to the return module to print out the return label.

I was organizing the wires under my work desk, on Saturday, and accidentally cut the power cord for my work phone. No chance to repair that. I got on Amazon, and did a search for a replacement. This came the next day, and works just as good as the original, since I didn't miss a call for work, my boss was very understanding.
