Phone has good basic features, and fairly easy to set up with the Wi-Fi password. Was able to link to different routers at different locations which makes this “land line” transportable.

We use these for our geographically distributed employees who live all across the country. They are connected to a VOIP provider that also supports SMS messaging. So our customers can call or SMS our business number and that reaches us via these phones. Since they are Wi-Fi we can use them throughout our home, ie: outside the home office itself. Since we also use Linksys Velop Wi-Fi mesh in our home I was able to tune the wifi roaming settings in this Grandsteam phone to maintain a call without issues as the phone is moved through the house and it switches between the wifi nodes. I even take our phone in our RV when travelling and connect it through wifi/cell/starlink to maintain the ability to receive business calls on the road.

I bought a pair of these- one for my mother and one for use at my house. My mother has tried several WiFi VOIP phones with disappointing results, until she used this Grandstream phone. The audio is loud and clear on both the receiving and sending side of the conversation. Battery life is good, the phone stays connected to the PBX and seems to work further away from the WiFi access point than the other phone solutions I’ve tried at her house. The phone was easy to configure and always rings when a call comes in. The speaker phone works quite well and is clear and intelligible for both parties of the conversation. An excellent value.
