Since this model is discontinued, but our office is slow to upgrade, these units were good as new and work perfectly.

Fast shipping. Fit with our current server easy to set up and work. The quality of the communication sound was average not as clear as new server phones but it will do.

Just like the previous reviewer, no power adapters. Description clearly states all relevant accessories are included. Apparently power to the phone is not relevant to some people. Physically the phones look great although I have no idea if they actually work.

I bought 4 of these but I can't use them until I buy 4 additional power adapters. It would have been nice if the title or description would have said that the power supply wasn't included. Quality-wise, these look slightly used, but they're clean.
