The boots were gorgeous! They have no give to them even after a multiple hiking trips. They rub on the ankles and cause blisters on the back of the heel. Shoe size was good but slipped around on the ankle. Waterproof and good quality material but just don't work for me.

I wear between a size 8 and nine, depending on the shoe. I ended up needing a 9 1/2 for this shoe so they definitely do run small, probably a full size. I was very pleased to discover that they were comfortable from the get-go, unlike the expensive Hiking shoes that hurt from the get-go until I finally gave up a couple months later and gave them away. I can’t remember the brand, but it was the one with a very wide toe. And they were very expensive.

Love these boots! Another company doing 1/2 sizes! Perfect fit! Great summer work boots. Very comfortable padding! Feel good Boots. Plan on wearing them more in winter!

Only bad things is that these run pretty small. Normally I’m an 8.5 but for athletic shoes I like to get a 9. When I got a 9 there were way too small so I got a size 10 and it was perfect for me. I broke them in on a 9 mile hike. There were giant puddles I had to walk through and the water resistance did good. My feet felt cooler as if water was trying to get thru but they were still dry. I will be putting waterproofing spay on the for an extra layer of protection. I didn’t get any blisters or anything for breaking them in. The grip is excellent and I love how my ankles are secured when going thru rocky/ uneven terrain. My feet didn’t get hot either, slightly warmer than regular walking shoes because they are boots but nothing crazy. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the only downside is their shoes runs really small which may result in having to return them to get a size up.

The only hitch was that the boots rubbed my ankle but I may have laced them too tightly. They're light but protective and comfortable AND waterproof.

I used them multiple times hiking in Alaska and they were comfortable and held up well. They kept my feet dry in shallow creek crossings.

Love the color combo, it allows me to be more versatile with my pant choices. I blistered the first hike but that was expected. So far they've made it close to 45 miles into the first five hikes. Great traction, actually waterproof (I walked through water several times just to check) and very comfortable. I typically wear a size 7.5 across most major brands and the size 8 was perfect with my inserts and hiking socks (thanks to other reviewers answering that question for me). The down sides, I have thick big toes and the toe cap puts a little pressure on mine but not enough to return these. The other, they only came with one set of laces. The accent color of the laces are not common so it'll be a challenge when it comes time to replace them.

I wanted high shoes so they can support my ankles. I also wanted water proof. The color way is cute and they were waterproof. But every time I walk downhill in them they hurt my toes badly. So I will not be buying from them again.
