The lock jammed after only a few uses. The battery still works, but the lock is inoperable since it won't open. The lock was stored indoors and never outside aside from a few uses of keeping my bicycle safe, and it was never even exposed to rain or freezing temps. Terribly disappointing. Alarm itself is loud and intimidating but a real waste of my money in the scheme of things.

Bought this for my shed but it rings when i just touch it and i didnt even enter the code yet. Its very alarming to the neighbors, it freaks me out and i couldnt even type in my code fast enough. Its good if you can deal with that

First the remote stopped working after about a week and then by the second week the whole thing stopped working. It wouldn't unlock and the alarm kept going off so I had to unscrew the battery thing on the back and take the batteries out. Not only did it not work but it was extremely easy to disarm it.

I bought this for my Ebike,first the remote stopped working and I could still use the pad,now that doesn't work eitherI hope I can get my money back or try a replacement,I have recommended this to others but I feel it isn't a good item.

It was a very satisfying product at first but then the batteries went dead so I ran home and got some new batteries and put them in. I tried using the remote to unlock it and it beeped but it didn't unlock. so I tried using the default pin (1234). It beeped every second number I pushed and never unlocked once so I eventually wound up having to take a screwdriver and pry the side button off and then pry the springs out to pick the lock. Which brings me to the next crappy part of the lock. Very easy to pick. I really suck at picking key locks let alone digital technology and yet I somehow managed.

Works very well for locking up our kayaks or bikes when we are camping. This thing is LOUD, and very sensitive.
