This waterproof Bluetooth is the perfect addition to our 26-foot sailboat on the Chesapeake in Maryland. It fit in a perfect place that had a ready-made hole once used for another accessory. The AM/FM has its place, but I especially like the ease of use for streaming on Bluetooth from my phone. I have been using a portable Bluetooth speaker, but this is much approved, and the receiver has plenty of power. The illuminated buttons and IR remote are a nice, included feature.

We installed this in our pontoon to have some music while lounging. Getting the bracket figured out was a little tricky, but once it was attached, it just slipped in the hole and is holding tight. The stereo has plenty of power for the two speakers we have. It's been a solid stereo.

This is an upgrade to my old stereo. I don't use these for vehicles. I build portable solar stereos and power stations. I use stereos like this for my radio builds. They are easy to install. They have a low current draw and sound great. This one is an upgrade to my previous build. I got this to replace another stereo that's similar. What I like about this unit is that it has a digital screen display. It also comes with a remote control, and it has an output for a subwoofer. My old stereo did not have these 3 features that I wanted. Besides that, they are pretty similar, including price. This stereo doesn't cost much more, and you get 3 major upgrades. Installing this was easy. I used the same hole as the old unit I replaced. This would be great for boats, ATVs, vehicles, outdoor stereo, or, like me, a portable stereo. This is especially great if you are running off battery power because of the low power draw. Everyone who sees my portavle stereo wants one. You won't be disappointed.

This unit works and sounds good. Install is a little tricky due to wires covering up screw holes. The instructions are not translated very well, but it's not hard to figure out. At this price point though I would have expected a little more.

High performance with good sound quality radio that fit perfectly in the dash cluster on the boat. Has worked well over an entire summer getting wet.

This stereo does its job without complaint. I installed this unit on a 17 foot Boston Whaler with only 2 6x9 speakers and I can tell you that I now sit on a bigger boat, just for the sake of having music. Previously I had nothing installed and basically used a small portable JBL speaker. Now I enjoy my fishing or boating trips around the bay more, thanks to this stereo.The installation was not difficult, but if you are not familiar with audio installations, it is best to seek professional help or a friend who knows how to manipulate these connections.Once installed, it takes up very little space, the audio quality and power is quite decent. I am planning to install a subwoofer soon just to improve output and quality as well.I recommend it if you are tight on your budget.
