Installed the unit and it failed to turn on. Couldn’t get it working no matter what I tried, so I returned it. Also, careful the required hole to install the unit in your dash is 3.5” - a little larger than others.

Don't by for just radio gets no signal after 40 day. Bt works good if thats all you want.

First off, this unit does work and play music. The Radio seems decent and reception is decent. Bluetooth connected fine to my phone and plays music nicely. I'll rate with a pros and cons list below.Pros:1) Arrived safely and without any damage - appears adequately packaged2) Wires up without too much trouble and did power on without issue (although not super clear how to turn on from the instructions)3) Buttons do perform as noted (although a bit confusions (see cons below)4) Form factor is decent and size for Marine applications should work fine.5) Bluetooth connected nicely.6) USB input worked nicely7) 3.5mm jack worked nicely8) Plenty of outputs for speakers and RCA jacks for other connections9) Very nice display (better than most units like this I've seen before)10) Does come with operating instructions (also see cons below)Cons:1) User instructions lack some specificity.2) Button diagram not numbered on the buttons (power should be button 1) I labeled3) Volume know maxes out at 36. Seems like an odd number for maximum volume to me (Maybe 25, Maybe 50 ??)4) Turning up and down the volume is harder than is should. Granularity of the volume know is not very good. It seemed like I needed to turn multiple times to increase the volume. I decided to put an arrow on the know to see how many rotations to go from 0 volume to 36 volume. A full 5 revolutions to increase the volume from 0 to 36. This seems and feels too excessive IMO. I thought maybe there might be a sensitivity setting for this but have been unable to find it if available.5) Box says the unit is for "Marine or UTV Audio" When connecting via Bluetooth, connection is for "Car BT" Quite confusing IMOAs I said at the beginning, the unit does work. Mounting this in a car would be difficult. Mounting in a boat it would likely work fine in most applications. If a person can deal with some of this units bizarre quirks, it'll likely work ok for you.

The quality of this unit is much better than similar looking units. Screen Clarity, Wiring Size and weight, there is a difference. Various ways to adjust the sound. Very satisfied purchaser

these work pretty well not the most high tech but do the job and seem to last i have a few on the rental boat fleet
