I couldn't help feeling some apprehension the first time I ordered one of these cards, but they work as promised.The first one didn't work upon arrival because we needed to enter the pin number that comes printed on the card's carrier, but tech support replied promptly and all went well afterwards.I ordered a second one for a short trip to France. After following the instructions and entering the pin number, the phone would still not connect to the local cellular network. Another VERY QUICK email exchange with the vendor revealed that we had to turn on roaming on the phone and as soon as we did, the card worked and the phone could be used normally.Highly recommended!!!

I haven’t used a SIM card in a few years. I wasn’t aware that you have to upload passport and video of yourself to activate it. I never had to do that before. I just didn’t activate and returned it instead.

It worked well. I just went on their website to activate a couple days before and it worked when I landed in Spain. I only ended up using 20gb for 2 weeks between 2 people since there was wifi at our hotel.

In order to activate the sim you must submit photos of your passport and a video of your face in motion so that they can derive facial recognition data of you. The future too is a foreign country.

I was concerned at first due to authorization requiring a photo of a passport and a picture but received my authorization the next morning. Worked like a charm in both Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey for over 3 weeks! Just pop the simple card once and it worked seamlessly in all 3 countries. Recommend!

I purchased 2 of these pre-paid SIM cards for use in unlocked iPhone to travel in Spain and UK. Cards worked perfectly and consistently provided access to 5G data speeds.The instructions for using the SIM card are incomplete which is why I am only giving 4 stars. Here are my personal instructions.1. Activate Card: Go to website (QR code) provided with SIM card 3+ days before you travel and complete activation procedure. Set date for SIM card activation (day before you depart is my advice)When you are ready to use your SIM card at DESTINATION…2. Turn off phone3. Locate PIN scratch off on back of SIM Card packaging and scratch off the protective cover to read FOUR DIGIT PIN (critical; see photo with this review)4. Install SIM Card in your phone5. Turn on phone6. When prompted, enter PIN from step 3 above (note: SIM card instructions are not clear on the PIN - if you lose your PIN, your card is no good).You might have to turn phone off and on again once or twice and re-enter PIN to complete activation (be patient, you must be able to connect to the local cell network when doing this - activation is a little slow).Once the SIM card activates using the PIN, it will then work without issue for the duration of the data plan purchased without any additional effort.

I was unable to activate this card after multiple attempts on the site that was provided. I was trying to get it activated on Vodafone site but one needs an account number with them to activate it, so it didn't work out either. Eventually returned it back

No me dio confianzaPara activarla piden copia de tu identificación pasaporte, ine o algo similar, y después te toman un video haciendo un circulo. Como cuando activas tu cel. Esto se presta fácilmente a un robo de identidad. Tengan mucho cuidado.
