Your Phone Number: Three UK SIM card phone number provided as soon as you schedule activation. You must schedule activation on the activation website printed on the SIM Card packaging.
Calling: Dial + (or 00) then the country code then the number you would like to call. For instance, to make a call to Spain, dial +34 or 0034 (the country code for Spain) then add the phone number you want to call.
Balance Enquiry: Dial 333. You will hear the current balance which would be zero. Press 3 to hear your remaining balance from the preloaded bundle.

Purchased 4 of these 12g 30 days sim cards for a recent trip to Europe where we visited the US, Spain, Portugal, France and England. We had coverage in all areas although at times depending on location it wasn't the greatest reception and was mostly 4g in most areas with the occasional 5g coverage. Overall I'm happy since my cell provider wanted to charge me 15 per day for coverage. Ouch!We had no issues sharing data through hotspot either.I will buy again for our next trip. Just remember to activate it 24h before your trip.

This card worked fantastic while I was Italy! I bought the 12gig card and I was in Europe for 10 days. I have an iPhone. I set it up online the day before my trip. Put the SIM card in when I landed and it was working right away.

I finally was able to get this sim card to work in Europe, but the set-up process had so many steps that I couldn't explain to someone how I got this to work. the documentation that came with this sim card was wholly inadequate. I tested the sim in the USA and it seemed to work, but as soon as I got to Europe, it made me download an app... but the Catch-22 was that I needed the Sim card to work in order to download the app. Also, the app reported my available data as a percentage of 75 GB, but mu allowance was only 12 GB, so I had to keep doing math to figure out how much data I had left. The product worked, but the app and the documentation are terrible, and I suspect they are the reason this product has so many 1-star reviews.

The sim card works fine. I've been trying for days to have a reset password link sent to me for their app with no results. I've done everything asked of me but never get a link sent to me. I just want to check my balance and nobody knows how to send me the "forgot password" link. So frustrating!

I bought this for our Italy vacation. I turned off my phone when we left the U.S., and once in Italy I inserted this SIM card and turned on my phone. I had to chat with the rep for help. We never could get it to work on my Google Pixel 5. Then rep told me, “The data is all used up.” I was in my hotel with phone on WiFi the entire time. We ended up using Orange Holiday eSIM on my spouse’s latest iPhone. We didn’t have ANY problems with that at all. Sorry this SIM card did not work.

My parents went on a 9 day trip to see Europe so I bought them this SIM card to use. I had to activate it so I took the time to do that. Received an email saying that it’s all ready to go and received the phone number for the SIM card. My parents touched down in Europe and the card wasn’t working. They had to connect to the hotel’s WiFi to contact me, saying the card needs to be registered. So I registered it on the website but the phone number sent to me was not being accepted. I reached out via email and they gave me the proper number to use. Turns out you have to remove the 44 and replace it with a 07. How are we supposed to even know that? So I registered and get the green light a second time. All ready to go right? Wrong. SIM card is locked. I have to contact the provider to unlock it. By the time we get the SIM card working my parents will already be back from their trip, making this product nothing but a headache. Do yourselves a favor and just get an eSIM. You just need to set it up for the days you need it and just turn it on when you reach your destination. Don’t bother with this product, it’s more headache than it’s worth.

Data and voice worked fine, but I could never get SMS to work - neither sending nor receiving. Also I couldn't login to my Three account to check status and extend beyond 30 days. Kept working on it for 2 weeks with chat and email support but no success. Three is a British company so the phone number you are given is for Britain. When using phone in another country (in my case, Italy), I suspect part of my problem is not using the correct phone number e.g. adding or dropping the Italy country code? adding or dropping the "0"? The only good news for me is this SIM card is much cheaper than my alternative: I am from Canada and the oligopoly of Canadian telecom companies each charge C$15/day (=US$11/day) for international roaming.

We purchased this to use in a second phone and backup during a recent trip to Italy, Monaco and Nice.Was helpful when we wanted to make calls between our primary phone and the second phone.Activation worked well and it worked as needed.

We left the U.S. to go on vacation in Italy so we needed to have data down load capabilities.This SIM card worked from the time we landed in the aircraft, through out the 10 days until I shut off my phone in the aircraft to return to the U.S. My phone has the capability to store 2 SIM cards and switch back and forth simply in the phone setup menu so this SIM card was ideal for me.I would buy this SIM card the next time I travel internationally.
