Did not work once we tried to activate in UK. First time buying an eSIM, not sure I will buy another. I wonder if it is Bell Mobility that blocked the use of the eSIM.The seller did try to resolve the issue, and was very helpful but it still didn’t work so I just gave up.

Hot spot works as well.Highly recommended !!!PS Beware of negative reviews that complained about not being able to use on the locked phone (duh), or not being able to place calls (this is a SIM card for data usage).

Received SIM card on time and customer service was in general good. The card worked well in London and Paris. There was an issue that my iPhone was frozen for a day during our visit in Switzerland. Maybe not related to the SIM card, and then worked fine again in Switzerland and Austria. I will recommend it.

I started using it back in US before I left for Turkey and Greece. It worked fine here. To my surprise it has 50 G INSTEAD of 10G, though in the end I only used 2G. Anyway it worked all the time while I’m there.One thing I noticed was when you made a call it took longer time than when you use your own plan. But it’s ok for me. Not able to send a message is a drawback.

This is a decent value for the money regarding the Data and Internet connection it provides for Europe.You can definitely activate this while you are still in the US. The Data works in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There was 2-3 time when the data was very slow in some parts. But let's say 90% it picked up connection.I made a few phone calls in Germany and Austria, maybe 8 - 10 minutes tops. I also tested the phone call in the US for 1 - 2 minutes. However, when I really needed to call my hotel in Zermatt Switzerland, a Spanish voice kept on repeating that I need to put money. So, the 300 minutes phone call does not work.For some reason, this SIM card got our iPhones to keep reminding us that the iCloud will be charged for data and the reminder keeps popping up, to the point our phone froze and we had to reboot it a couple of times, and then we had to re-enter the PIN number every time.

I followed the instructions completely and upon arrival in Europe, I powered on my phone and poof! Worked perfectly! I had reliable data, texts, and calling all across Europe. Great price too! Just be sure to activate the SIM card on the website they provide in advance of arrival so that the SIM is activated when you land. I will definitely be buying another from this vendor. Highly recommend.

I bought two SIM cards for my trip to Greece. The first one had a bad PIN and wouldn't work at all. The second one worked; however, the data was totally unreliable as to be essentially useless. I was, however, able to make a couple of local voice calls, so I guess it wasn't a complete waste...just not what I bargained for.We bought a Vodafone SIM card at the Athens airport for my wife's phone and I shared the her data. It was the (slightly) more expensive way to get connected, but it worked right away without any problems. [Note: If we waited until we left the airport and arrived in the city center, we would have saved even more money. It would have been almost the same price as the (non-working TSIM cards.]So save yourself the trouble and buy local SIM cards.
