Plan Details
1. SIM card includes a 2GB/30day initial data plan (valid for 30 days after first connecting to the network).
2. The initial coverage of the plan includes 40+ countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Eastern Europe and the US.
3. When the initial data is used up or the plan expires, you can refill the plan you need from the EIOTCLUB app/web, which supports for 77 or 200 countries/regions.

Q1: Can I use this card in Turkey?
A1: Yes, the initial data plan for this SIM card supports use in 40+ countries in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Eastern Europe and Europe.
Q2: Do I need to set up APN in router?
A2: Please ensure that router is an unlocked device. US APN is: america.bics. EU APN is: bicsapn. Some routers need to access their web to set up our APN configuration. Please refer to the device instructions. No roaming fees, and you can freely switch networks without changing SIM cards.
Q3: Why is it not connected network after I arrive in France from America?
A3: Because you use our global plan, sim card needs 6-10 minutes to re-search local network after arrived new country.
Q4: Does it have a phone number?
A4: This is just a data SIM card, without a phone number, voice and text messages. International SIM cards are perfect for traveling abroad. You can see the detailed country/region information above.
Q5: I already have an EIOTCLUB SIM card, can I refill the global plan?
A5: The global plan only applys to our bizgloblelink SIM card, and double network and triple-play network SIM cards cann't switch to the global network.

Spent 1.5 hours trying to configure cell to match program requirements of this physical SIM install. NO LUCK. I worked with their real person chat who finally had no further thoughts, and said they'd mail a new SIM card. But we're leaving for a trip tomorrow so the whole concept of using a cheaper data alternative is NOT working. Instead I have to ask for refunds for the 2 SIMS and their data package.This company needs a redesign for user friendliness.

Bought for my friend who is going to Europe for traveling. I bought this just in case since her spouse's sim card can be used there and can share the hotspot with her. But I think she may need one for herself. This sim card works fine for her there.

I used it on a 2 week trip to Europe. It worked well in Denmark and the Netherlands without setting the APN. Crossing into Belgium I needed assistance from customer service via the app to change the APN settings as it didn't work after crossing the border. Customer service was prompt and helpful via the app.I was without service for 20 or 30 minutes after dropping my phone. I took out and put back in the sim card and restarted my phone to see if the sim card was dislodged from the drop. After a couple of attempts, the service was resumed.The sim card also worked for me in the U.S. without needing to change the APN settings.Good value for money at $10.50 sale price. I am overall very pleased with the product and would not hesitate buying from EIOT again in the future.

We used it as s backup card for mapping in Spain and Portugal trip. Most time showed LTE or 3 G sign and very slow for googling. Not worth it.

The amazon ad has a picture that says 200+ countries. The description says 1GB is 77 countries. The delivered package is different than the amazon ad and says nothing about how many countries it covers. This seems deliberately confusing. You need to log into EIOTclub, enter the ICCID number, click on the bottom about plan and then click the tab that says unused, and you will see 1GB Global 200, which confirms that amazon picture. I dinged it two star because of how deliberately difficult they made it to identify what u actually purchased. If it works as advertised, I may add a star later.Edit. They reached out to me and took my suggestions to clarify the ad and instructions. It also worked as described. With those changes it should be a 5 star purchase. I left it 4 stars because what I experienced.Edit 2: After the trip review - worked flawlessly. Started running out of data, and was reminded when I dropped below 25%, painless top up of 1 more GB, which was enough to finish the trip. Excellent customer support.

The card would not work for me in Auckland, New Zealand. The card shows it is "in service", it shows bars with an r for roaming and it shows the carrier name. I have tried enabling & disabling roaming. I have a Samsung A13 that supports 2 SIM cards. I have even set it to my primary card. I have rebooted the phone more than once with no help.I specifically purchased this data only card so I would not need to pay high roaming fees.I am heading to Sydney, Australia tomorrow I will see if I have the same issue.
