These were an exact replacement with a far better price than everyone else. I purposely waited a few months to write the review, and I can tell you that they are just as bright as the day I bought them and I’ve had no issues.

They're bright, dimmable with absolutely NO FLICKERING and installation took all of five seconds. The best part is they produce a much broader spectrum of colors to be reflected and everything looks great with the beautiful degree of iridescence . They can be very bright when turned up, and they can still produce very warm and vibrant colors when dimmed. The same cannot be said about any LED bulbs I've ever used. The glass has a very slight convex shape to them to spotlight anything you wish to highlight, while gently surrounding the general area. I'm very impressed with these bulbs and should that change, I'll post any issues that I may encounter. These are now are my go-to bulbs for my track lighting (especially in the kitchen).

Note: this is NOT a Vine review. These were paid for with my wife's hard-earned money...This pair of 35w bulbs provides the right volume of lumens to the cooktop. I'm pretty sure the pair these replaced were 50w, and were almost too bright. When I was deciding between the 25w, 35w and 50w versions, I could see differences in the bulb colors in the writeups. The 25w and 50w have bright clear bulbs, and the 35w bulb has a yellow cast. All three say "Warm White" for a light color. The 25w and 35w say 2800 Kelvin, the 50w says 2700 Kelvin. So I wrote the image differences off to photography, but I was mistaken...In the image with the tea kettle in the foreground, the picture is taken with a flash, to show the consistent tile color in the backsplash (no, we DIDN'T pick the artichokes...) With the bulbs "On", the tile has a greenish cast at the top, and a pink hue at the bottom. (In the image without the tea kettle.) It is more visible to the eye than the cell phone picture shows.

I'm having a hard time finding bulbs that emit strong backlight to light the globe. These have very strong backlighting with the desired 2700k warm tone, but unfortunately the lens coating corrects the halogen light to a more blue tone so they project an undesirable cool tone on the wall. Very confusing combination of warm and cool in same bulb.

We have track lights that have some glass sides that permit side lighting in addition to the usual directional lighting. This is one of the few brands where the bulb does not have internal reflective sides for solely directional lighting. While these halogen GU10 bulbs may not last as long as LED bulbs, they do provide the side lighting we need and are available in warm light (2700K) instead of bright (whiter) light (4000K). they work well for us.

They fit my stove hood no problem and have been working well. Both my stove lights burnt out within a month of each other. Only time will tell the longevity of these bulbs.

Horrible. The style of halogen bulb is designed to shine straight down. These ones don't have any shielding on the side so they also light up on the side of them. The photo attached shows the middle bulb is the new one. So not only does it shine light sideways but that light is really Orange. You can't see it in this photo. But it looks like an outdoor bug lamp. Makes the whole room yellow. I hate these bulbs and that's really saying something because, well, they're just light bulbs. LOL. But now I have six bulbs that are useless. Going to try to return them. If not I'll check them in a landfill because I don't really want yellow light in my bathroom.Over the years I've bought three or four different brands of the style bulb and never had an issue. I only bought these online because we're in a lockdown. Absolutely regret and 25 bucks down the toilet.
