I bought two to go under trusses on my patio. They rusted quickly mostly on the pull chain and screws. I ended up with rust on my travertine and 4 big holes in my stucco that now need to be repaired since I pulled them down. I spent about $350 total on these fans and feel ripped off.

Works great, it’s very sturdy. Be aware that it’s heavy af, but wasn’t an issue in my application. Three speeds are good, and it’s easy to adjust the rotation.That I ran into with multiple fans is that the pull mechanism is quite sensitive. Don’t pull too hard or else it will break. Just a chain, but where the connection is way into the switch mechanism itself. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker, I just had to train myself and all the other heavy-handed people around me to be more careful.

Very powerful and yet not too noisy at the low setting. Mounting in my unique application took some innovation but it does have many options that make it quite versatile at install. The pull chain is long and the frame has places to wrap the cord to keep it out of the way when not in use or away from children's hands. I added an Alexa plug to make programming the run time based upon the weather a simple process and a simple one touch from my phone for on and off! I recommend this fan for outdoor use.

Well this is an awesome outdoor fan it moves slot of air without being to much not like hurricane winds and with it on high you can talk without screaming do to noise we use this in our pavilion when watching tv outside and having football parties in the fall and now for the company what can I say an awesome company with great customer service had a little issue and within hours they had problem solved would have been solved quicker I’m sure if it were by phone but all in all both company and fan are great would and will buy again

Was really scared to purchase this fan. Needed something under a awning to keep bugs off food for a wedding but yet not blow away the food. This fan is perfect, couldn't of thought it would of worked out any better. The fan puts the right amount of air out and blows for a good distance. We sit out from the awning and can still feel the fan. So glad this was the one we picked.

Installed the fan on my large covered patio and provides plenty of air movement for all seating area. The three speeds are all I need. I have no problem with the noise on high speed.....ITS A HIGH PERFORMANCE FAN. Will buy another one as soon it becomes available again.

EXCELLENT,QUALITY FANS. PUT 2 EACH IN MY GARGE IN TEXAS AND DRASTICALLY REDUCES TEMPERATURE. QUIET ON ALL SPEEDS. GREAT CIRCULATION OUTPUT. CEILING MOUNTED WAS EASY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING FRONT COVER OFF DURING INSTALLATION AND CEMENTING BOLTS THAT ARE ON INSIDE OF FAN. THIS ALLOWS ONLY ONE PERSON TO HANG FANS ON CEILING BRACKET EASILY.

I had this fan for 4 months. on the initial install this fan vibrated especially on the low and medium setting. I recently re-installed the fan at another location and have not seen the vibration issue. I am impressed how quiet the fan is on low speed especially with the volume of air it moves. I would recommend the VES 18 inch fan.
