I'm trying to think of a reason why these wouldn't get 1 star. They are very dull out of the package. Sloppily machined. Inexplicably missing the 14mm size. Get what you pay for.

these are the dullest flat bits I have ever tried. Even more dull than the dull used ones I'm trying to replace. Junk!!!

Do not buy these if you need accurate holes ! The marked sizes are 2-3mm larger than marked size !

Needed the 12 mm for the recessed hinges I was installing. NO cutting points on the outside edge. Spent a lot of time reshaping and sharpening the 12 mm bit for my purpose. All that I can say is they were cheep.
