FAQ:
- How to switch Mac device to Extend Mode?
"Setting" → "Display" → click the "mirror display" box to switch to Extend mode → then you can drag a window of website/movie to the rightest side of your desktop screen until it disappear on your desktop screen and show up on the external monitor screen.
( Important Note: As Apple company itself limited, for Mac OS devices use in extend mode, the image on the two external screens will be the same.)
- How to connect Extend Mode for Windows OS?
Right-click desktop→ select Intel display Settings → pop-up Settings screen select display→ select multi-screen display→ expand the desktop
(If the display 3 is not display, please to manually select the display→click apply confirm can set OK).
- If one of display does not display, How to do?
Right click desktop > Graphics Settings > Select One or More Active Displays.
Before you purchase it, Please Attetion:
- This dual monitor adapter only support usb c laptops with thunderbolt3/ USB C port with video output function, otherwise it won't support if your laptops with usb c port only with data function without video function.
- If you use this dual hdmi adapter for macbook pro/air, it won't allow you to extend two different monitors for your mac, due to Mac Os Limitation.

This works fine for sending input from a USB-C port to a HDMI port (e.g it displays my phone on my TV) but I got it for the purpose of sending my old MacBook output via its HDMI port to the USB-C port of an Apple Display Studio. My mistake. The fact that it won’t do this is not a reflection on the product, which isn’t designed to do it. Seems USB to HDMI adapters typically only work in one direction - USB output to HDMI, and not the reverse. What I actually need is a Thunderbolt 2 (Mini DisplayPort) to Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) Adapter.

I tried this adapter along with a different adapter (not at the same time). The other adapter worked fine every time, but this adapter did not work at all. My computers did not even sense it as shown by my pictures. I tried this adapter in all the USB-C ports on my XPS laptop and on my Precision laptop, and I even rebooted the computers. The box that this came in says it works with Dell XPS laptops.I was looking forward to having a dual adapter because it says it will support two different screens for Windows OS. By the way, both of my laptops have Windows 11, and they are both fairly new (2 years old or less) so they should support Thunderbolt 3/4.

Not much to say it does what it is meant to do. The sockets are quite stiff the you put the cables in but that's better than them being too loose!
