Was not sure if it will actually convert the hdmi directly as I have a hub and i couldn't get the projector to work, but to a great surprise it did conver and the connection was great. It feels like it quality product that won't break.

So good, I've bought 3 of them. Each of these adapters have solved my issues of not being able to get full refresh rate on my monitors. If you looking to get 4K 120hz plus, this is a great option.

The best out of all connections I've tried. I've tried many different adapters. This one has everything it said it would and more. I can do 4k30hz 4K60hz and 4k120hz. Hdr10+ HDr10 and Dolby Vision. The audio works as well. Not the best but it works well. The price of this device was the cheapest of the ones I've purchased and it had more functionalities than those that actually worked. I am able to use RGB 8bit 10bit and 12bit. Full 4:4:4. I can even do Ycbcr 4:4:4. All and all. This the best adaptor I've used in the 3 months of testing other. I'm not too sure on the longevity of this device... but it does have everything it stated. Even 8k but I didn't do alot of testing on that so I won't speak much on that.P.s. I tried alot of different brands. I would list them all but I don't wanna get in trouble for name dropping or something. So I will say, none of those match this one.

Sony Xr-75x90cj and iPhone 15 plus both updated 8k/10k cable and old hdmi cable tried but no luck.Didn’t work on a really old lcd tv and iPhone but not new tv.Does work with the wives Samsungs23 , my surface pro 7 and Alienware x17 though.

Doesn't work for laptop, even though it shows. DO NOT BUY IF YOU'RE TRYING TO DUAL MONITOR A LAPTOP.

It seems to be working well, im able to do 4:4:4 passthrough and get 4k 120hz with dolby vision on lg c4. The metal parts make it seem sturdy too.

This item seems well made and solid. It says that it will send video from phones and laptops to my TV. It only works for me via my phone. My new iPad Air M2 will not work with it but it works very well with my phone. After i expressed my concerns the company contacted me and was eager to make it right. I was pleased with their willingness to make me happy and would recommend dealing with them.

Actually, I don't quite understand how this is different from a dock. My second monitor wouldn't show all the same settings options as my "Main" monitor because it was connected via an hdmi port on a doc. But that doc was connected via Thunderbolt 4 AND was powered as well. Still, it would not allow me to have HDR on the "Extended" monitor. This adapter solved the issue. (shrug)

I bought this product after reading a comment about a similar product saying that it offered a solution for getting HDMI 2.1 output from an NVIDIA RTX 2080 which does not ordinarily support 4k120Hz output with HDR over HDMI since the HDMI port on the GPU is only HDMI 2.0b. This adapter did the trick! After replacing some other cables in my setup to ensure that all of the hardware involved advertised support for HDMI 2.1, I have the signal going from the GPU's USB-C port through this adapter, then through a 20 ft HDMI cable to an HDMI switch, and from there another 6 feet over HDMI cable to my Samsung QN90A's gaming port. The only thing lacking is VRR, but I think that's a limitation of the GPU. Otherwise, this USB-C to HDMI adapter is working where another brand's DP-to-HDMI cable failed to make a stable connection.

This adapter is very nice! It works as expected, I was only able to test it with a 1080p 60Hz display, so I can't confirm the specifications. The cable is pretty short, but it's well made and feels a bit thick, like an average HDMI cord. It's also completely plug and play, no drivers or anything like that is needed.But the weirdest thing about this is the mirror finish. Don't get me wrong, I like it and think it's cool, but why is it so good? Like shown in one of the pictures I added, you can see whole reflections in there. The downside with this is that it can get dirty super easily, fingerprints are highly visible after the slightest touch.Overall, this is a good adapter that performs well and that looks very unique and cool. Would recommend!

This wegear USB-C to HDMI adapter is fantastic quality, with fully metal connector shells, tough strain relief, and a flexible but tough silicone rubber connecting cable between them. It has a premium feel (although that's not all that relevant to performance). On the performance front, it topped out the capabilities of my displays, reaching 144hz on my 1080p monitor and 60hz on my 4K monitor without issue. For $13 CAD, it's a great value for a high quality adapter for those devices that need it.
