I have an outdoor spigot that was installed in cinderblock, just under the last row of siding. Because of the difference between the two surfaces, a hard-sided styrofoam cover would not sit flush against the wall to cover it during hard freezes. I needed something smaller and more flexible. This fit the bill. I was able to secure it tightly around the spigot, and it has worked perfectly for two winters now.

I purchased these and attached them to my outdoor faucets just in time for the winter freeze and snow/ice storm.They were so easy to attach and worked perfectly and provided protection for my faucets.

We used these during every hard freeze and had no issues. We did cover them with plastic garbage bags as well. They are affordable and easy to use as well.

We had a rather cold winter with a few weeks below zero. We’re in the south now people so don’t judge.These are absolutely simple to put on and kept our faucets from freezing all winter. Easily removed and stored until next summer.
