This faucet is the replacement of our other faucet. It works great so far and hopeful that it will not freeze in the coming winter. Last winter in Denver was brutal. The low temp dipped to -18F for several days and my old faucet cracked

I have tried multiple types of frost free faucets. Most were chrome coated which pealed off and the threads all messed up for the hose connection. But these are brass. They last for years and years. I highly recommend theses. They come in lengths in 2” increments from 6” to 12”.

Although only in use for a short time, this frost-proof faucet works well. I would pay attention to the measurement of the length of your existing faucet if you are installing this as a replacement. The overall length includes that portion that extends outside the house so take this into consideration when sizing to match existing plumbing inside the house.

I bought 2 faucets they came the same day in the same box. The product was fine just the wrong size. I retuned both faucets in the same box on the day. I was credited for both products at first. I was later sent an e-mail saying I was charged for one faucet. I sent both faucets back. I can not find a number to call to explain or find out what happened.

Replaced outside faucet which broke during winter. I was dumb enough to leave hose attached. But as this is frost free, it saved flooding basement. So replaced it with exact same make and model.
