I bought this for my Echo Dot and it slightly hangs off the edge but still works. I like that it has a hole for the wire to go down.

I needed to raise my whole home wifi router to the highest point in my office in order to receive a signal across the home. This way I don't have to use so many extenders. This shelf was a perfect size. Sturdy and very easy to install I love it.
