Liked: Once the shelf was put together it looks nice on the wall.Disliked: arrived with scratches and missing pieces. I did purchase it used, but the description said there was no damage. It also has a very very thin coating of laminate on it so it scratches extremely easily. I wish the plastic pieces to cover the brackets up had been included because they are quite an eye sore.

Particle board may not stand up to multiple adjustments of the hardware with power tools. Be sure to read instructions carefully. Some hardware were improperly sized for the holes. Overall looks great and works well. Use wall anchors.

This wall unit is mainly used as a phone/laptop charging station in our living room rather than to house a flat screen as intended. The cable holes in the middle of the unit is a great plus and keeps charging cables tidy in one place. Its composite wood gives it an OK wood-grain look, but isn't as elegant or sturdy as a natural wood block. For the price, this is an acceptable compromise. The wall anchor and screws that come with the unit is not strong and we decided to go with our own 25lb or 50lb wall anchors instead for safety. Assembly was straightforward and took about 30 minutes. One improvement I would suggest is to provide wood stickers to cover the silver fat screws holding the compartments together.
