Remote doesn't work unless you are less than 6 feet away. When trying to turn it off it will change colors until you hit the off button more and it finally decides to turn off. Off all of the colors on the remote, only a few actually work.

I’m trying this but not optimistic. Very cheaply made, not worth $60 for sure. Saving the box as I’m expecting to return. Unfortunate because I like the idea of a battery option instead of having a cord hanging

I had been looking for a "now playing" stand for a while and this ones perfect. Comes with a remote to change the colors. I have it on the table next to my record player but it can be wall mounted if you're fancy like that.
