Just received them yesterday and have not pressure tested them yet. My review is only an initial observation, if they leak or not, I will update. They seem reasonably well-made brass (remember brass is soft do not overtighten and deform). The internal seal is made by the rubber hose washers NOT a union - type plumbing seal, keep this in mind. If the washers are installed properly (ribbed side out) and are soft (as in new) then it should seal. Based on that I would not expect a perfect seal if this item were subjected to lateral (side-side or up-down) stress as it will tweak the washers internally and as they age develop a leak. My use is for a straight on attachment to my pressure washer from the water hose. One last observation and it might, I say might be a reason for some reviewers leak issues. The kit is two connectors, and each had an extra washer inside the threaded end. A total of four (4). They are extras I assume. But someone could easily mistake them for an overly thick hose washer and not remove the extra washers, possibly leading to a leak. Just my observation. Also, I used pipe thread sealant on the threads to my pressure washer just insurance.

Nothing fancy to write about. The price for 2 of these 3/4" garden hose female-female connectors are very very reasonable. Do not think, because it is cheap it is an inferior product. The metal quality is solid thick. Both of the connectors come with installed rubber washers at both ends. Also, there are 4 washers extra. The washers are nice thick too. Some Customer's complaints about leaks could be incorrect installation. It would be best to clean any debris, or buildups from your hose connection. The rubber washer provides water water-tight connection. Do not under tight and certainly do not overtight. Overtightening is the most common cause for leak or washer going bad in few weeks.

I needed these to attach my hose leads to my hose reel and they work great. They are heavy duty. They don't leak. They shipped with a bunch of extra washers. Nice item. I recommend.

I used these breifly to connect the neighbor's hose to my home in order to get water while my well was being replaced. They are easy to install, each end spinning independently of the other without any leaking .I'm assuming that they will eventually start to leak at the joint if left on hoses and used a lot, which would be expected, but can't say for sure. It's just that the joint is fairly free and loose so I expected it to leak right away, but it didn't, which attests, in my opinion, to the quality of design and manufacture of this product.given it's flawless performance and what it did for me, the price is well worth it.
