I added a hitch and factory 7 pin tow harness to my Tesla model X, but when going to hookup my bike racks brake and turn light system it had a 4 pin trailer plug. This kit plugs in place of the factory 7 pin and I was able to use the bracket stuffed up inside the bumper cover just like the original.

This makes for a nice replacement of the 7-pin connector that came on my GMC. I needed a multi-plug connector and this one worked out well. Takes a little bit to get the old connector out, but works out well to go back in. Truck now has a 4-pin & 7-pin. This works for pulling my camper and/or boat.

I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LT Duramax. Unfortunately, it only came with one 7/4-pin plug that was down at the bumper of my truck. I didn't have a plug in my truck bed and I have a 5th-wheel camper and hated having my cable dangling down between my truck and 5er. I had a spot for a plug in my truck bed but it just had a plastic piece in place of an actual plug. When I found this, I was easily able to remove the plastic placeholder and just popped this right in. After finding a new wiring harness that could split my plugs so they both worked at the same time, I easily got this connected to it and it popped right into place. This plug looks exactly like my other and now my truck bed is all set up to keep the cable in the bed rather than dangling behind it! It's a really quick and easy install and I didn't need the bracket at all. Just popped it right in! Great product for my needs
