These distributors do not give you any kind of directions on how to set up. You will need to find an app on google play called smart lock. I had to figure it out on my own. My Mac won’t read it. Most of us just want to plug it in and it sets itself up. No such luck here. They can do better!

I ordered two of these, they look solid and I was hopeful they would hold up. Both broke within just a couple of weeks use. Disappointing and a waste of time and money.

Previously bought a cheaper swivel which fell apart in a week. I'm just starting to hit the bag well and this swivel is holding up great. It's smoother, faster and we'll constructed. Would recommend to others.
