I had to return it. The wedge anchors it comes with can only really be used in brick, block or concrete. I needed this for drywall like they have advertised in the product picture. It feels sturdy though.

Having serious issues with my heavy bag dropping from this. The screw in bolt that is supposed to hold the clip to the mount has fallen out while hitting the bag several times causing it for fall down on the ground and on me. ABSOLUTELY USLESS. THIS HAPPENED ON DAY OF USE AND HAD HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE. Very hazardous.

So, the mount and hanger is very well made, all metal thankfully. It has 6 bolt holes horizontally which will not line up to your standard wooden wall stud. The screws/anchors supplied are for concrete, and I'm more than sure even if you were were to mount this onto your standard wooden stud, that stud will fail with all the swinging that is going to happen. Maybe better for a small punching bag or something, but can't be anything substantial like a large punching bag.
