This faucet is awesome very easy to install this is mine when I finished installing itIt works great I didn’t tell my wife and kids about it after I finished installed it I asked them to go wash me some fruits and they were so surprised Xmas gift for my self to the house.

This faucet is great. You can adjust the water settings. Then just turn off by wave of hand. When you wave your hand to turn the water on, the temperature will return to setting it was when you waved it off. You don’t have to touch the faucet.

Faucet works well, install was less than 30 minutes and it looks good! Wife likes the pull down head and water starts and stops when head placed back in place.

I purchased this faucet in May 2020. Worked great for 3 years, loved the touchless features. After 3 years some of the touchless features failed to work. The pull-down nozzle will no longer start water flowing and the touchless feature at the base failed to turn off the water flow. The faucet came with a five-year guarantee. I contacted the seller several times through email. They ask me to send them video of the problem, next they asked for copies of the sales receipt. I provided all items requested and never heard from them to address my issues. I don't plan to replace my kitchen faucet every three years so I will not be purchasing this faucet again.

Loved the faucet until it stopped working right after a year. Changed batteries, it still failing to shut off after it turns on electrically. Not what I expected for the money.

This kitchen faucet was not only incredibly easy to install, but it looks great and is a very high quality product. The best part, unlike others that we have tried, is that the sprayer turns on when you pull it down. It may not seem like a big deal, but the other, cheaper faucets that you have to wave on and off and then grab the sprayer just do not compare.One other very important feature of this faucet. Is that the sensor is incredibly sensitive and activates water flow perfectly every time.

I've only had it a few months...The faucet was easy to install.It looks high quality and has some weight to it...It definitely comes on/off as demanded, but sometimes it scares the heck out of you and if the water was previously used, "HOT" then it could hurt you. This happened to me yesterday but did not burn my hand. That's food because I'm in my 60s... I don't know if it would hurt more if there is an older person in house... Not complaining... just saying....Too bad it couldn't have an autu on/off button on the base... I'd pay more for that. Then it would truly be an awesome faucet....

Bought this product in May, we loved it, easy install and easy to use, looks fancy to. Motion detection stopped working in December which was super frustrating, we turned on manual mode and reached out to customer service. They asked for videos showing the problem and after a few back and fourths sent us a new computer module, this did not solve the problem and so I reached back out. After another couple of videos they sent us a replacement of the whole setup which works beautifully.As it turns out we were missing a gasket in the original setup (it did not come in the box but was present in the new one) this caused corrosion and a short.I'm super impressed with this faucet and customer service and assuming this new setup will last much longer now that we have all the required parts.Good buy!

This product is perfect especially when you have a newborn. Goopy hands from dealing with baby spit up for food time? You don't have to dirty your faucet with your goopy hands. Simply move your hand infront of the sensor and water comes flowing. Make sure you follow installation and usage instructions fully. There is useful information in there, guys this means you. Read instructions!

Just installed so I may update this review in the future. This was by far the easiest faucet I have installed. I am not an expert by any means but I have probably installed 4-5 faucets in my time. Maybe all the manufacturers have made installation this easy but the last time I installed a faucet a couple years ago it wasn’t near this easy. From start to finish the process took me less than an hour and I spent considerable time looking for the best spot to mount the controller/battery pack. I wanted it to be somewhere easy to reach in the event I didn’t like the sensor and wanted to turn it off. The only part of the instructions that were not clear was which rubber gasket to install above the counter as there is a thin silicone one and a flat rubber one. I installed the silicone one above the counter as it fit into the grooves of the base of the faucet.I thought I installed everything correctly on my first try but the hot water was barely coming out. I thought I pinched a hose maybe but I disconnected the hot water line and saw the build up blocking the screen. Must have been some hard water in my copper lines so I cleaned it out a couple times and it works great now.The sensor works as it should. Motion in front of it and it turns on. Or you can pull down the head of the faucet and it turns on that way.I am a little worried about leaving the faucet in the on position all the time but that is how it is made to work. I noticed all the other brands operate the same way so it’s something that I will get used to.The color is matte black which you can see in the pictures but it matches my matte black appliances. A manufacturer photo in pristine lighting will look different than in my kitchen but I can say it’s true matte black and looks great. The third button on the faucet head is nice to pause the water and switching between regular and spray is easy. My last one was a Moen (buy it for looks, buy it for life was their slogan) and the first head broke a button and the second one wouldn’t switch completely off spray mode unless you held down the button for a full 30 seconds so most of the time it ran with a combination of 20% spray 80% regular mode which was annoying. So far it’s easy to switch between spray types and the buttons feel solid. The head itself is very light compared to my last faucet. Hopefully it’s built out of sturdy materials and holds up over time.If I notice any defects or issues with this faucet over time I will do my best to update the review. Compared to spending $350+ with a big brand, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
