This didn't fit very well on my Dewalt 3/8" 20V Max impact. The metal ring seemed right, but the o-rings they sent with them initially were too thin and the metal ring didn't have enough of an interference fit on any socket. I contacted ToolGuy Republic directly with my concern. They were very helpful and sent me an assortment of o-rings and a pair of pliers to remove the metal ring easily. I found one that fit right and I'm all set now. I let them know which one fit and they said they'd make a note of it for future use.

I hate the hog ring anvil guns, but I have a few and over time they become loose. Pop the old one off and press the new. I use my guns at work on 12 hour shifts. They hold up OK. About every 3 weeks I am swapping out the ring every 3vweeks or so.

Save your money. I think the ring is border line ok but the prongs are way too small. They are worse than the one I replaced. They don’t hold brand new sockets on.

I used the Dewalt with the ring around 15 times before I noticed it was starting to slip when holding sockets. Now at 21 uses the ring is worn out.

Bought this kit because the replacement I bought a week ago didn't come with an o-ring. This kit installed no problem. Unfortunately.. my sockets do not remain on the anvil anymore than if I just left my worn out hog ring on. Turns out the o-ring itself is too small. Wound up finding an o-ring out of our shop kit that did the job. Hog ring works, but o-ring is useless.Edit: bought a second time and installed a new hog ring. Just reminded how much of a waste this product is. I'm better off buying another impact wrench than have to deal with the headache of any replacement hog ring.

Using the foam it's kinda hard to install used other tools. A little wide for the milwaukee needs to be thinner but a couple of adjustments later fits great.
