Learning curve for my use but functional once I got the hang of it. Built my own repeater trap. These are a great value for what I needed. They were a good size for my hand and easy to use once I got the hang of it.

Got these for Christmas. Thought they would work good but they don’t crimp tight. I wasted a lot of clips trying to use these. There is a learning curve. Wouldn’t recommend. Best to stick with the standard pliers

Although this tool is high quality it didn’t work well for me. The product description and some reviews mentioned it fit into hardware cloth which is why I bought them. The tool is thin enough to fit inside the 1/2” mesh but the circumference of the jaw makes it extremely difficult to get the clip far enough into the mesh to catch both pieces you’re trying to join. If the jaws circular shape were ground more flat it would work much better.
