I really like this scope. Base is absolutely heavy enough that you have no worry about it tipping over even when fully extended. Coating on the base is holding up really well after going through pounds of coins. Black base minimizes what could be surface glare (if it wasn't black). I see a few comments I think i can help with... it took me a min to figure out that all the lights can be shut off or dimmed. The main light you can use the remote and hit the arrow buttons to dim it to nothing, or using the screen controls you can use the left and right arrows to dim it. I use it for sports cards and coins and to eliminate glare, I shut off the main light and point the 2 bottom lights to the side of the object (not focused right on it) I also dim the lights way down and I go into settings on the screen and dim the display and sit in a relatively darkened room. This is great once set up like that. Also, my cord was so long that i wrapped it around the main support a few times before plugging it from the screen to the lower lights (saw a comment on too short of a cord). As for seeing the whole dollar coin... I mounted the main adjuster piece as high as it will securely mount to the post and then used the adjusting knob to raise the lens system to the highest it will go and I see the whole dollar coin. I have used it to record video of sports card edges and just pop out sdcard and insert in my PC and upload to dropbox and share with a friend/customer. Files in 1080P are huge so you can't just email them. Great product especially for the price. My buddy saw mine and went right out and ordered his own

I received My DM702 Tomlov Microscope in great condition as it was packaged very well. The Manual is very easy to read and the scope has minimal parts to put together. It has a very large Base making it Stable to work on and the flexible lights hold to what ever position you set them in. The Picture Quality is Excellent and the 10.1 screen lets you see everything! I would Suggest this DM702 Tomlov Scope to anyone who's looking for a great product at a Great price.

If you want to really zoom out to try to fit a whole large coin, you have to move the arm above the end of the rod and try to get it to hold properly. Moving it to that height doesn't allow the usb cable to reach from the monitor to the stand which provides power to the two base lights. The other issue I have is that you simply cannot get true colors. In the photos you will see one with no light from the device. It makes the image orange. If you use the light on the camera, it washes it with white and you lose details.I gave it 3 stars because it is a decent product. The screen is large and the camera focuses nicely. It just doesn't work for me and my needs. If you want to view details and the true color doesn't matter and you don't need to see large objects, then this is perfect for you.

I love this microscope. I picked it up to help me attempt to repair a few electronics. The circuit board went out in my pool and the replacement was over $700, so if I can fix this one and have a spare I'll be a happy man.Anyway, the microscope is well made. The screen is really nice. I like that it can take pictures and videos. Two of the photos in this review were taken by the scope. It's nice that they include a 32 GB microSD card. The base is heavy enough I don't worry about it turning over. The magnification is perfect for my needs, and it has plenty of light so that you can see what you are doing. The remote is a nice touch as well; it allows you to take pictures and video without touching the scope and potentially making the image to shake.Overall, I love it. I would definitely recommend it.

Good product. Pretty good resolution even at high magnification. Only issue is that it can be hard to focus sometimes because the camera can be shaky as the clamp does not hold the camera very steady. Tightening it too much risks damage to the camera. The remote control is very useful.
