These are great for ballet dancers. Being in pointe shoes for hours everyday causes soreness and dancing to be uncomfortable. These really help to pad the foot and keep feet comfortable while dancing. The Xl large fit well on a size 10 foot. I'm very pleased and wish I had found these much sooner.

These fit true to size, just as expected based on the measurements provided in the description. Very comfortable design, fabric is breathable Nylon, and stays on really well - no slippage. Certainly helps save the bottom of your feet.
