Compré esta banda para mi hija y ha funcionado bastante bien. Es linda y le sirve mucho para practicar sus estiramientos. El único problema que tiene es que con el tiempo las costuras que separan los espacios de la banda se van soltando, haciendo que poco a poco la banda sea solo un círculo sin separaciones. Pero en general es muy buena.

The product is really good quality. It has a bunch of different loops which is helpful for many different stretches.

This band was super short. Had to return because it was too small for my short 14yr old.

I am a contortionist and this is my preferred way to work my active leg flexibility and warm up my legs. Its super useful and the notches make adjusting resistance easy
