I bought a couple from different brands, and these are the best so far. They look the most sleek and have the grippy dots. Cheap sports knee pads are honestly more comfy and do the job and are cheaper, but they don’t have the grip dots and don’t look as nice.Size wise, I was between a XS and a S based on their measurements. A XS didn’t go past my calves, and the S initially felt too big, but once you start sweating, they don’t slide off and stay put.Overall, there’s not a lot of pole grippy knee pad brands to choose from but these are the best so far in my opinion.

I was excited for these knee pads and I ordered the size based on my measurements as suggested; however, what they don’t ask you to measure is your calf. I was an extra small by their measurement criteria but I could not get the pads over my calf. Now I have to send them back and they don’t have the small size. Disappointed.

I got the xs going by the size guide. Fits snug, gives room for some stretching. Grip sticks ok, though works best for me if slit is bellow the knee. The shape of the knee pad is great! Looks nice and low profile as they are rounded to fit the knee shape, feel nice and have a good level of padding! Love that the pad is replaceable!
