I never received a PDF. I scanned the code and kept getting 404 error. The exercise pictorial was good, but no initial instruction on how to set up the strap. I went to YouTube. The strap can also be placed midsole, and not always on the ankle.

This is a great strap to use with the door hanging functionality, or if you just want to use the strap in a regular yoga class. Also a good price point for the durability and functionality. I've been enjoying using mine with or without the door.

I got my stretcher at the end of September and I’ve used it many many times since then. I love the fact I can anchor it safely to the top or bottom of my doors to really get a deep stretch. Also , it comes with a handy little pamphlet that gives you examples of how to use it. I love it!

The leg stretcher is ok, but I don't know how long it will last. I am about 185-190 lbs, and the door on my room didn't look like it would hold up. The door is not made of solid wood. I had some scrap wood, and rigged it up in the closet so that the pressure would be against the frame and inner studs. Still, I am nervous. The leg stretcher seems like it is starting to frey just a little where it loops through the steel ring. It could last a few months, I don't know. The way this thing works is that there are two parts, the rope that pulls the leg up, and the cord that hooks to the door. What you are supposed to do is stick part of it over the top of the door, then shut the door. Part of that cord on your side has a metal ring. Thats where you pull through the rope with your ankle attached. For a female under 130 lbs who is already somewhat limber, this should work. For a guy like myself who has heavy muscular legs, it's dicey. I would be more willing to use it if I had a strong steel door or some other type of way to rig it that was super strong. The other thing I hate about this is you have to hold it to get a stretch. It's good for the torso muscles for a guy, but to get the leg past 100 degrees or so, the rope is very hard to hang on to for 5 minutes. If I could tie it off, that would be better, but then I was nervous that the thing I tied to would break. So I can't recommend this to anybody over about 140 lbs, unless they are either already limber or have some way to rig this to some kind of metal or thick wood post. But if I had that set up, why buy this thing? I can get some rope down at a hardware store. A man in my opinion who is serious about flexibility would be better served getting a real leg stretching table so that they won't get injured if the rope breaks, which might happen here over time with daily use. Also, I can't get motivated to do this if I have fears about the integrity of this gizmo.

I have been trying to train my body to do the splits for over a year, I kept not seeing good results on my own and Facebook was easedropping, so I started seeing ads for equipment that could help, that's when I started looking into different options for stretching equipment on amazon. I honestly didn't know anything existed before, but I bought this based on average customer reviews and the good price point. I'm fairly happy with the results and quality so far and once I stared using this I realized how flexible I still wasn't. Starting off I recommend using the chair method (if you have not been doing yoga or stretched for a good while, as I have not) and work your way up to the different methods and I would also continue doing other stretches on your own.If you have a crappy doorway that's uneven and won't close just try sliding it around. Closer to the hinges, my door had a slightly larger Gap and allowed for it to be closed all the way without worry of it busting open.Oh and please tug on it beforehand to ensure you don't bust your butt. Hope this was helpful. (:

I was quite surprised in a positive way about how it works, for some reason I thought it was going to be hard/heavy to lift my own legs, I am quite skinny but I just couldn’t grasp in my head how it woks, but is quite easy, the hardest one was the side leg pull, but I realized is all about the right position and figured that if I start from hamstring stretch (lifting leg to the front) and the move it to the side that gets me in the perfect position and my leg is already up, I can easily keep on pulling.I read a comment from someone saying is not for people who are just starting stretching or exercising, you do need a basi level of fitness to use it in my opinion, if you are new to stretching and exercising you may want to start on the floor and bending overBottom line; awesome product, simple to use, fair price and a lot of fun, you do need to get yourself one!

My teen daughter is a dancer; she dances between 25 and 30 hours per week. Part of her at home routine involves stretching. She had previously used a product similar to the Door Flexibility Trainer LITE, but unfortunately, the design of the other product led to scratching on our interior doors. When I saw that the LITE from Everstretch was designed with a protective sponge coating, I decided to give this type of stretching product a try again.I’m thankful that I came across this product because it is the perfect replacement to the other door stretcher item that she liked. Now she can work on her flexibility without scratching our doors. The product is made well and the strap material is not scratchy, despite the durable fabric. The Door Flexibility Trainer LITE gets two thumbs up from both my daughter and I (and probably from our doors, too).
