Note the title. If you are looking for a coat to keep you warm, this will do that. If you are looking for lightweight, you may be disappointed, but let's get into that. I had all members of my family try it before I did. They all turned it on high, wrapped themselves in it, pulled it in, and snuggled...for about 5 minutes. They all decided that it got too hot and that the test was approved. Once I got to it, I had the assurance it would work. The rest of the testing was for the field. That came with my Axis and Audad hunting trip to Junction, TX the following weekend.Pros:- Warm, on the verge of hot depending on how many layers you apply and how much activity (I.e. rucking/walking) you do. I went hunting in a blind in west Texas. Yes, it gets cold. This winter, it was 22 degrees. That's comparable to about 10 degrees in Colorado. I know that because it's where I grew up. When you are sitting still for hours at a time, it matters even more, whether you are in a blind or not.- The battery lasted for the amount of time I was in the blind during the mornings (roughly 5 hours), because I returned to the house for a couple of hours before heading back out again. Yes, I realize it's not a luxury not everyone has. Please don't hate. The charge, used on high, was about 30%, so not bad. I recharged before going back. I kept a spare backup in my backpack just in case.- The fit was good. It gave me enough room that I could have PLENTY of layers including a decently thick sweatshirt I wore as a "just in case". I now believe in the jacket and won't worry about a power outage. Lol- The structural integrity of the jacket seemed solid and sewn well. The zippers zipped and the pockets worked fine. It was easy enough to move my hands (with gloves) in and out without getting stuck.- The hood is lined and black on the inside.Cons:- Noisy. If you are hunting, be aware that it is not the quietest jacket in the world, so there IS a tradeoff for warmth. But if you are hunting in a blind, you won't have to worry about that. In a field, however, stealth ain't happening because the material is like a canvas. Like I said, well structured.- It's pretty heavy. Don't let that deter you. It's not a show stopper at all—more of an FYI.- It's a little long for my taste, but I am not a stilt either. I am 5'8", so I'm not nearly as close to the sun as many. That translates into pulling it up to get onto the ATV and drive from one location to another. I did not want to take a chance on blowing the zipper.Summary:The overall is that this Tidewe heated jacket is what they advertise. It's warm and is well structured. From what I can see, it will stand the test of time. We have experienced the rest of the extreme (for TX) winter cold until next year, so I have vacuum sealed it until next season. For the price, you would do yourself a real solid by buying one!

My husband and I both got these jackets for each other and we’re both in love! I would say they are mostly true to size. Possibly a bit large but it’s perfect to be able to put an extra layer underneath. The three heat settings are great and they definitely keep you warm. The material is super flexible and not stiff making it very comfy. The battery lasts quite a while if you aren’t using it to charge something. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for a heated coat. Definitely good quality for the price.

Keeps me warm doing horse chores and at work! Battery life is good. Only concern is when charging the battery, the battery cube gets very warm. Bought one for my best friend and she loves it too!

The jacket is great. Heavy duty. But the battery pack was not included. Defeats the purpose of the coat.
