It holds the bag well but you definitely need to add a lot of weights on the legs unless you bolt it to the ground.

I do not yet know how well the frame stands up to the abuse of an actual workout...but that's because there were some issues with the assembly. Notably, the vertical arm which holds the bag is in two parts. On mine the holes did not at all line up so that they could be joined together, I had to use power tools to make the existing holes big enough on the sides so that all four bolts could be used. Additionally, as said by others, the 'S' hooks provided are laughably poor. I have a 100 lb. bag and once it was put on the hooks bent/broke and the bag fell to the floor. They couldn't even support the weight, let alone when it's swinging due to a workout.If the fabrication and materials included are any indication of its performance then buyers are in for a rough ride.
